Overview

ContentGrab is a tool that helps you find download links for publicly accessible media content. We take privacy seriously and collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service.

What we collect

URLs you submit

When you paste a URL and click Download, that URL is sent to our server for processing. We do not log or store submitted URLs beyond the duration of the request.

Server logs

Our server infrastructure (Coolify on Hostinger VPS with Cloudflare CDN) may retain standard server access logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and page paths for up to 7 days for security and debugging purposes. These are not used for tracking or profiling.

Cookies

ContentGrab does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not use cookies at all.

What we don't collect

• No account information (there are no accounts)
• No personal identifiers
• No third-party analytics or advertising trackers
• No media files (we never proxy or cache downloaded content)

Third-party services

Cloudflare: ContentGrab uses Cloudflare for DNS and CDN. Cloudflare may process request metadata per their privacy policy.

Source platforms: When you click a download link, your browser connects directly to the source platform's CDN server. That connection is subject to the source platform's own privacy policy, not ours.

Data security

All connections to ContentGrab are encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store user data in any database.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
